Recommended Inspections LLC is a nationwide inspection referral and coordination platform. We connect homeowners and property stakeholders with licensed, independent third-party inspectors in their area.

We do not perform inspections directly. All inspection services are provided by independently licensed professionals.

Inspectors in our network must:

• Hold required state licenses (where applicable)
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Operate as independent professionals
• Agree to our reporting and communication standards

Each inspector operates independently and is responsible for their inspection services.

All inspections are conducted by independent licensed inspectors who are responsible for their own services, reporting, licensing, and compliance.

Most inspection reports are delivered within 24–72 hours after the inspection is completed.

In some cases involving complex properties or additional services, delivery may take up to five (5) business days.

Reports are delivered directly to you by the licensed inspector who performed the inspection.

Your inspection report will be sent directly by the licensed inspector who conducted the inspection.

Recommended Inspections LLC does not generate or modify inspection reports.

If you have not received your report within five (5) business days of your inspection, please contact us.

We will follow up with the inspector to ensure proper delivery and compliance with agreed timelines.

Payment arrangements are made directly between you and the independent inspector unless otherwise stated in writing.

Recommended Inspections LLC does not collect payment for inspection services unless explicitly disclosed.

Inspection scope is determined by the licensed inspector you hire and may vary based on:

• Property type
• Size
• Age
• Additional services requested (e.g., radon, mold, pest, septic, etc.)

You should review your inspector’s agreement and scope of work before the inspection.

After the inspection:

1. The inspector completes their on-site evaluation.
2. A written report is prepared.
3. The report is delivered directly to you.

You may then review the findings and consult your inspector for clarification if needed.
